I collect only what you choose to send me, use it only to reply and to work with you, and never sell it.
Effective October 6, 2026.
What I collect
When you use the contact form: your name, email address, project type, project location, budget range, how you heard about me, and anything you write in the message.
When you email or call: whatever you choose to include.
Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate: which pages are read, which site sent the visitor, country, and device type. It uses no cookies, does not follow you to other sites, and does not identify you.
How I use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal, carry out a project with you, and keep ordinary business records. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services that handle it for me
Formspree delivers contact-form messages to my inbox and keeps a copy. A script in my Google Workspace account sends you an automatic confirmation when the form goes through. If you book an intro call, the booking page is Google Calendar, and what you enter there is held in my Google account. Google Workspace hosts my email. Cloudflare hosts this website and, like any web host, briefly processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
Cookies and Do Not Track
This site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Because it does not track you across other sites, there is nothing for a browser's Do Not Track signal to switch off; the site works the same either way.
How long I keep it
Inquiries and project correspondence are kept as business records. If you would like something deleted, ask, and I will remove whatever I am not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Email sharon@debelldesign.com and I will reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
