Live/Work Condominiums

Live/work condominiums in Richmond — the street frontage, the entry, and the shared open space the residents will use, designed alongside Plenum Architecture.

The project — in design

One court for people and the fire lane.

In Richmond, a set of live/work condominiums steps up in height across its site. The landscape's job is everything the buildings share: the street frontage that introduces the project to the neighborhood, the entry sequence, and the open space between the buildings that the residents will actually use day to day.

Working alongside Plenum Architecture, we're resolving the shared landscape court and the fire-access lane together on one site plan — so the space that welcomes people and the space that serves the buildings are the same place.

The project is early in design — the stage where the questions are still being framed. This page will grow as the work does.

Units step up across the site, with a planted street frontage, an entry, and shared open space at the back.
